Cycling Tracking – STRAVA !
I have been using an app for my phone called Strava to track my cycling… here is my progress:

We went to TreeGo on the weekend, but it turns out that Hope was too big for the kids course, and to go on the adult course she would need an adult to accompany her – didn’t happen. So Alex went by himself – he did well! Some parts were a little scary, but in the end I think he enjoyed himself.

Kraft, TSN and the Rugby Club!
Our Loyalist Rugby (and Cricket) Club won $25,000 from Kraft. There was a celebration tour which we were on, to celebrate of course! Kraft freebies and a live TSN Sports Center broadcast. We cycled down to check it out….
The kids played some pickup rugby as well – even had a cookie in the game!
