This year the kids are in soccer again – but a smaller league that in years past. In fact for Hope’s team the signup was low so she is on a combined Under 14 team instead if an Under 12 team, she will be fine. Also, they run once per week instead of twice. Camping at New River Beach
Our first time at New River Beach was a great experience! A mini trip – we stayed Thursday night to Sat night while Larissa was working at Busker’s Fest in Saint john. She worked her butt off and crashed at the campsite. Sometimes we got to spend a few hours in the morning with her before she took off again.
The kids and I went to Busker’s, St. George, Lepreau Falls, the beach, and hiking! I would love to go back – it was great!

Alex turns 8!
Growing up fast – Alex had a custom Larissa birthday party! The pirate theme included a treasure hunt with a chest of loot and even required digging for clues/treasure.

Camping in Mactaquac
A few weeks ago we kicked off our camping season with a couple of nights in Mactaquac Provincial Park – about 25 min from Fredericton. Unfortunately there was less sun and more rain than we would have liked but we were glad to get out!
